We are recruiting Accounting Technician/Certified Accountant for our headquarters in Mozelos.
Main responsibilities:
- Verification and issuance of accounting documents (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statements, Cash Flow, among others);
- Processing and sending of tax returns: VAT, Recapitulative, DRI, DMR, taxes, Model 10, Model 22, IES, among others;
- Ensure the submission of accounting documentation and compliance with all deadlines fiscal calendar;
- Registration and validation of accounting entries (Purchases, Expenses, Salaries, Fixed assets, etc.);
- Bank and current account reconciliations;
- Ensure monthly and annual closings;
- Perform monthly salary processing;
- Prepare for hiring/firing employees;
- Ensure the management of employment contracts, Single Report, among others.
Profile to recruit:
- Residence in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira or nearby; (PREFERENTIAL)
- Knowledge of PHC; (MANDATORY)
- Higher education in Accounting or Tax;
- 5 years' experience in similar roles; (MANDATORY)
- Knowledge of Office tools, namely Excel;
- Availability for immediate entry;
- Proactive and team-oriented;
- With organizational and time management skills;
- Sense of responsibility and problem solving.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze units in stock;
- Ensure good organization of existing units in stock;
- Develop statistical data on incoming/outgoing goods to support the department shopping;
- Control inventories and stock organization systems with warehouse managers;
- Ensure the release of older stock and control possible impairments;
- Other tasks related to the warehouse, inventories and purchase of goods.

- Experience in similar functions;

- Knowledge of Excel and IT from a management and control perspective;
