Small items can be shipped via VASP or Correos Express for deliveries within mainland Portugal (Correos Express for shipments to Spain). Deliveries are made by 6:00 PM (VASP) or 7:00 PM (NACEX) on the business day following the shipping date.

Shipping large items (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.) will be carried out by Santos e Vale e TTM (Totalmedia) carriers in mainland Portugal and may take up to 72 (subject to booking). Shipments of large items to Spain They will be sent by DB Schenker and must be delivered within 5 working days.

When shipping to the Islands, delivery will be made by the carrier Abreucarga and will take 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Some products may have to be sent by boat, as they are considered potentially dangerous, such as sprays, batteries, among others.

Fragile Service is a service that makes the handling of equipment in the our warehouse is carried out more delicately and in a different area. This service does not add any type of additional packaging/label to avoid damage the original packaging of the product and has an extra cost.

The purchase of a large appliance (combines, trunks, refrigerators, wine cellars, machines dishes/clothes, refrigerated displays, etc.) requires some care to be taken so that the delivery occurs from a quick and fluid way.

Therefore, we ask that, before purchasing one of these items, in home deliveries (with or without installation), pay attention to the following points:

• It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the equipment to be purchase fits at the place of delivery/installation intended for you as well as in all accesses to it such as, for example, example, residence entrance, building door, elevator, staircase, entrance door, etc.
• All access to the location where the item will be placed/installed must be properly unoccupied and free from obstacles.
• In case of difficulties with delivery due to access to the location make it impossible to move the article, Castro Eletrônica will decline any responsibility and will attribute any costs inherent in traveling to the customer.
• Delivery drivers may not lift devices above waist height or transport items by over handrails, windows, etc.
• In deliveries with installation, the location where the item will be placed must have a electrical outlet and a suitable water tap for installation, ensuring that the discharge pipe is unobstructed and clean to prevent water backflow. Built-in items do not require installation.

Placing the order for large items allows the old equipment can be collected but this collection will only be carried out within the following conditions:

• Collection of old equipment will only be carried out if it is same typology as the new item ordered.
• The item must be properly cleaned and ready for collection (without being plugged in, clean and without water or ice).
• Acceptance of used appliances depends on space available cargo by the transport company.
• Any collection of a used appliance does not include removal uninstalling the old item.

WHAT DOES THE INSTALLATION INCLUDE?

We must point out that the following are not carried out:

• Applications of silicone or other insulators.
• Technical equipment installations (installation of items with gas operation, equipment with loose/stripped cables, etc.).
• Fixing items on walls or similar.
• Installation of built-in articles.
• Removing or uninstalling installed items.
• Any collection of a used appliance does not include removal/uninstalling the old item.

Please be aware that installation of items may be carried out at a later date delivery to be agreed between the customer and the carrier.

The customer must confirm the order upon delivery and in the presence of the transporter. If damage or anomalies are detected (damaged box, box with drop marks, box without tape Castro Electronics or violated, incorrect number of volumes), however small they may be, when receipt of the order must:

• Refuse delivery of the order or
• Note any anomalies in the carrier's delivery report detected.

If it is not possible to do so with the delivery person, you must check your order as soon as possible and, if you find any damage, you will have to communicate the problems found to us through our form contact within a maximum period of 24 hours, with a detailed description and photographs of the following elements:

• Faulty product and description of the damage suffered;
• Various angles of the damaged packaging;
• Internal packaging/protection;
• Shipper label.

You must also keep the packaging in the condition in which you received it.

To safeguard the customer and the carrier, the merchandise will be photographed at the time of delivery and the images digitally archived with the transport note signed by the client.

Vasp has a vast network of points for order collection in Mainland Portugal, called Kios Points, which allow the customer to withdraw the order at a location other than your home address. We highlight the following points:

• As soon as the order is delivered to the point, you will be notified via SMS by number provided when purchasing, where you will find the respective PIN for withdrawal.
• If you do not withdraw the order, after 7 days you will receive a new SMS and, on the 10th day, you will receive a final SMS and the order will be returned to our facilities. In this case, if you wish, you will be charged for reshipping.
• It is only possible to deliver orders for 1 volume to the aforementioned points Kios therefore, orders with this delivery method and with more than 1 volume will be automatically sent to the customer's address.
• Deliveries to Kios points do not receive free shipping.
