WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
- Please make sure the delivery address is valid and that there will be someone at the place to receive the request aged 18 or over.
- Expected delivery time for small items is up to 24 hours and for large items up to 72 hours (subject to scheduling).
- Shipments to the Islands of Madeira and Azores are scheduled to be delivered within 3 to 10 business days.
LARGE HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
- You must ensure that the equipment to be purchased fits in the location of delivery/installation and which is easily transported by all accesses to it.
- All access to the location where the item will be placed/installed must be properly unoccupied and free from obstacles.
- Some household appliances can be purchased together with the service. installation.
- Installation of items may be carried out at a later date than delivery to be agreed between the customer and the carrier.
USED COLLECTION
- Collection of the old item may not be possible if there is no space in the carrier vehicle.
- The article to be collected must be of the same type as the new article that you acquired.
- Make sure the old item is clean and free from signs of water or other waste.
- The carrier does not uninstall old items.

- Orders with 1 volume only and up to 10 kg
- Only available for delivery in mainland Portugal

POINTS TO CONSIDER
- You must confirm the order upon delivery and in the presence of the transporter
- For deliveries of large items, the merchandise is photographed upon delivery
- We are not responsible for anomalies reported after 24 hours of delivery

- Any delay encountered in the dispatch or delivery of items does not constitute the customer the right to any compensation if delivery occurs within the maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from shipping confirmation.
- In the event of delays due to the customer's responsibility, knowledge thereof and any costs associated with re-delivery or storage fees, will be charged the same.
- In case of difficulties with delivery due to access to the location make it impossible to move the item, Castro Eletrônica will decline any responsibility and will attribute any costs inherent to the trip to the customer.
- Delivery drivers may not lift devices above waist height or transport items over handrails, windows, etc.
